• Baggage Loss, Damage - Up to $300 per item to a maximum of $1,500 for lost, stolen or damaged personal effects
• Baggage Delay - Up to $500 to buy necessary clothes and toiletries in the case of baggage delay
• Missed Connection - Up to $2,000 for same class transportation to catch up with the trip if your client's flight schedule changes, causing a misconnection, and up to $350 per day for up to 2 days for hotel and meal expenses
• Delayed Return - Up to $350 per day (to maximum of $3,500) for hotel and meal expenses if a covered risk prevents a scheduled return

• Please double check that all information is correct and that all passenger names are spelled correctly as displayed on the passenger(s) travel documentation (i.e. Passport).
• Any changes after your reservation has been processed may be unchangeable or will result in change fees.
• It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the proper travel documentation and identification (i.e. Passports, Visas, IDs) is had by ALL passengers to gain entry into the chosen destination and entry into Canada upon return.
• Schedules are not guaranteed and as such flight/package schedule changes may occur as per the travel supplier (Tour Operator/Airline) rules and regulations.
• All reservations are not guaranteed until ticketed or until your confirmation invoice has been sent.
• This booking is under strict cancellation and change penalties and as such is 100% non-refundable and/or non-changeable.
• If travel insurance has not been purchased, it is highly recommended for your protection. Ask us for a Travel Insurance Quote.
• Passengers must check in at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• Proper valid passports will be required for check in purposes. Passengers arriving less then 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure will be denied boarding.
• Credit card charges for your travel services purchased here will be processed by Travel Gurus LTD or the travel supplier (Tour Operator or Airline).
